1. Application Fees
Initial application and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Semester Fee Refunds
If a student withdraws from a program within 15 days of the semester commencement, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. No refunds will be processed after the 15-day window.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you face a duplicate charge issue during payment via Razorpay, please raise a support ticket in your student portal before contacting your bank.
