Pre-Final YearStudents register with the T&P Cell. We map your academic profile, skill sets, and career interests to create a comprehensive database for potential recruiters.
Placement Readiness Training
OngoingYou will participate in rigorous mock HR and technical interviews, resume-building workshops, and group discussion (GD) practices.
Pre-Placement Talks (PPT)
Beginning of Final YearRecruiting companies visit the campus (or connect virtually) to share their corporate vision, job profiles, salary packages, and growth paths.
Screening & Interviews
During Placement DrivesCompanies conduct online/written aptitude tests, followed by technical assessments and final HR interviews right here on campus.
Offer & Onboarding
Post-SelectionThe T&P Cell coordinates the distribution of formal offer letters and assists you with joining formalities, background verification, and even final semester internships.
